Bias cut garments are cut to flow away from the body and tend to be universally flattering but Kleen here does their bias cut in a unique fashion - sort of a "patchwork" bias . . . so while this dress is cute and funky and fab we wouldn't say it is especially slimming it is more of a "cover up my problem areas in a fashionable way without making it look like I'm trying to cover up" style. This top is more appropriate for women with large bellies and hips and/or butts as opposed to someone who is especially busty.
