Dressori oversized, layered look tunic top from their "Fancy Florals All Over" collection.

The print has a swirly gorgeous blue green base color with blue, ivory stone and amber colored leaves and florals.

The bulk of the body and sleeve to the elbow is Dressori's luxurious silk / viscose cloque fabric with silk georgette trim (in the same print) at the bottom and from the elbow of the sleeves.

As touched on above this top is an oversized cut. 

The Kimono sleeve doesn't allow us to get a precise bust measurement but bust fit shouldn't be an issue on this style.

Do note the waist and hip measurement is slightly less than the bust area.  You could size down on the style but it isn't necessary as it is meant to be oversized, "flowy" and "drapey"
